Pre-quote decision intelligence
Win the deal before you quote.
AuroWin sits between receiving an RFQ and submitting a quotation. It turns the RFQ into a standardized Deal Passport, then produces an evidence-backed Deal Win Plan while there is still time to change the outcome. It is not a CRM and it is not a chatbot.
A 14-day trial with the full workflow. No payment details are needed to start.
What actually goes wrong between the RFQ and the quote
Not a lack of effort. A lack of one place where the deal, the evidence and the pricing rules meet before the number is committed.
The deal information is scattered
The RFQ is in an inbox, the costs are in a spreadsheet, the last conversation is in someone's head, and the supplier's email is in a thread nobody else can see. Nobody has the whole deal in front of them at the moment they have to price it.
Pricing depends on memory
What did we quote this customer last time? What did the supplier support on the last competitive tender? Where is our floor on this product? The answers exist, but they live with whoever happened to be there.
Teams discount without knowing whether price is the real issue
Discount is the fastest lever to pull and the easiest to justify afterwards. It is often pulled on deals lost for delivery, specification or relationship reasons — where the margin was given away and the deal was lost anyway.
Supplier support is asked for too late
The moment to ask a supplier for backing is before the quotation is built, when there is still something to trade. It usually gets asked after the customer pushes back, when the number is already on the table.
Win-loss learning is rarely reused
The reason a deal was lost is usually recorded once, in a field nobody reads, phrased as one word. The next similar deal starts from nothing, and the same lesson gets paid for again.
What AuroWin does about it
Four parts, in the order a deal moves through them.
Deal Passport
Every RFQ is normalized into the same structured record: scope, stakeholders, dates, pricing inputs — and the evidence behind each field. A confirmed fact and an estimate are never shown the same way.
Deal Orchestrator
A visible state machine from intake through assessment, approval and quote, enforced on the server. Nobody quotes an unqualified deal by accident, because the gate refuses and names the reason.
Evidence-first assessment
Ten factors scored from what is actually recorded, each showing its supporting evidence, its missing evidence, and what would materially move it. An estimate is never rendered as a fact.
Deal Win Plan
Two strategies and an honest no-bid option, each with its pricing position, the supplier support it needs, and a red-team challenge to the reasoning — produced before the quotation leaves your desk.
What is true about AuroWin
Only things we can point at in the product. There is nothing here we cannot show you.
- Built for B2B quotation workflows. Distributors, manufacturers and suppliers who respond to RFQs and send quotations.
- Human approval before external execution. AuroWin drafts. A person approves and sends. There is no transport in the product that could email a customer on your behalf.
- Organization-level data isolation. Every record belongs to one organization and is protected by row-level access rules in the database, not only in the interface.
- Evidence-backed recommendations. Every material value carries an evidence status and a separate confidence. A recommendation shows what it rests on and what it is missing.
- Configurable pricing policies. Your margin floor, discount ceilings and approval thresholds. Every figure is recalculated on the server from those rules on every read.
- An audit trail you can read. Changes to deals, pricing and settings are recorded with an actor, a before and an after — including changes made by automation.
Put your next RFQ through it
The trial includes the whole workflow, from intake to the Ready-to-Quote gate. You can start with no historical data at all — AuroWin will tell you plainly when it does not have enough history to compare against, rather than inventing a comparison.
