Pricing
Three tiers, described by what they actually do.
Start with a 14-day free trial of the full workflow — no payment details are needed to begin. Talk to us when you know which tier fits.
Essentials
For a team that wants every RFQ to arrive as the same structured record before anyone prices it.
- RFQ intake with document extraction, and the original file kept as evidence
- Deal Passport — one structured record per deal, every field carrying an evidence status
- Adaptive Deal Interviewer that asks only for what is actually missing
- Deterministic server-side pricing: total cost, gross profit, gross margin, minimum selling price
- Three pricing scenarios with the approval each one would require
- Ready-to-Quote gate that fails closed and names the failing check
- Quote Workspace with figures recalculated on every read
- Audit trail on deals, pricing and settings changes
Up to 5 team members, 50 open deals, 100 AI analyses per billing period.
Professional
For a team that wants a plan for the deal, not just a price for it.
Everything in Essentials, plus:
- Assessment scorecard across ten factors, each showing its evidence and what would move it
- Estimated Win Score — a structured internal indicator, not a calibrated probability
- Deal Win Plan with two strategies, a no-bid option, and a red-team challenge
- Approval Inbox with routing by role and threshold
- Similar-deal retrieval from your own closed deals, scoped to your organization
- Outcome logging that records the customer's stated reason and the rep's interpretation separately
- Win-loss review and learning analytics built only from your own recorded deals
- Organizational memory, proposed from evidence and approved by a person
Up to 25 team members, 500 open deals, 1000 AI analyses per billing period.
Enterprise
For a business quoting from more than one legal entity, with finance sign-off in the loop.
Everything in Professional, plus:
- Multiple legal entities selectable on a quotation
- Separate finance-approver role with its own approval threshold
- Organization-wide memory governance — a record is only organization-wide when the evidence supports it
- No seat or deal limits
- Configurable pricing policy, discount ceilings and approval thresholds per organization
No limit on team members, no limit on open deals, no limit on AI analyses.
What does not change between tiers
The parts that make an output trustworthy are not a paid upgrade.
The financial calculations
Total cost, gross profit, gross margin and minimum selling price are computed on the server from your policy, identically on every tier. A margin floor is a margin floor.
The evidence rules
Every material value carries an evidence status and a separate confidence on every tier. No plan presents an estimate as a confirmed fact.
The audit trail
Changes to deals, pricing and settings are recorded with an actor and a before and after, on every tier.
Your data isolation
Organization-level isolation is enforced in the database on every tier. It is not a security feature we sell separately.
Questions people ask before starting
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only. Every deal, document, assessment and audit record stays exactly where it is and remains readable. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan restores full access immediately.
Can I change tier later?
Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not take away capability you have paid for partway through a month.
What if a payment fails?
You keep full access during a grace period while you update the payment method, so a deal in progress is not interrupted by an expired card. After that the workspace becomes read-only — again, without deleting anything.
Do I need historical data to start?
No. Onboarding works from nothing: set your pricing policy and your methodology, and start a deal. Importing accounts, contacts, products, suppliers and competitors is offered with downloadable templates, and it is optional. Where AuroWin lacks history to compare against, it says so rather than inventing a comparison.
How do I cancel?
From the billing screen, in one click, without contacting anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and your data remains readable afterwards.
